We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive any product that you are not happy with how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping costs.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned.

 

We honor this for up to 15 days after purchase(15 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 15 days will be sent back at customer’s expense or customers will be given online credit only.

 

Orders placed before 3 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Sorry, we do not take responsibility if USPS delays the delivery of your package as it is 100% out of our company’s control.

 

PLEASE make sure that your Billing Address and Shipping Address are CORRECT  When entering, your billing address should be associated with your bank card. Your card won’t process the payment if the billing address is input incorrectly.
